WHAT? Britney Spears has grown her hair back....shed the baby weight and decided to go on a tour?? Yes fans she's back. Even though I am not a fan of hers....I can't help but want to know about her. This morning she announced "The Circus" tour! She spent 5 years heart breaking, baby making and booty shaking and now she's back to work! The Pussycat Dolls are opening for her. That is a whole lot of booty in one show!
